In addition to working in private practice since 2005, I have worked in many therapy settings over the last two decades including FAU Student Counseling and Psychological Services, The Renfrew Center, Laurel Hill Inn Residential Eating Disorder Program, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Brigham & Women’s Faulkner Hospital, and The Women’s Therapy Center.
I have also served at various professional and community groups including as the President of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP) South Florida, an invited lecturer on women’s issues at The National Association of Addiction Counselors, FAU, The National Association of Social Workers, The Jewish Community Center of the Palm Beaches and others.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington University in St. Louis and received my Master’s Degree from Smith College. I then completed a one-year intensive training program in Cognitive Therapy at The University of Pennsylvania as well as a postgraduate training program at The Postpartum Stress Center.
